Position: Aircraft Production Worker (Permanent)
Location: North Saanich, BC
Start Date: Late June 2025
Hourly Wage: $23/hour (for entry-level candidates – higher wages available based on experience)

Schedule (Must be flexible to work both shifts):
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday
Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Thursday
Ideal Candidates Have:
Experience with sheet metal or similar mechanical/assembly work
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A passion for aviation, mechanics, or manufacturing

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Cut, shape, and form sheet metal using hand and power tools
Assemble high-precision components and sub-assemblies
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and industry compliance
Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and tolerances
Maintain safe handling, storage, and inventory of materials
Work closely with engineers and team members on assembly integration
Follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Technical training, certifications, or trade qualifications are an asset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal background check
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, construction, or warehousing (preferred)
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication equipment
Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision
Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
