Position: Inbound Warehouse Associate / Cargo Loader
Location: Dufferin Place SE & Ave SE, Calgary
Shift: Full-Time Monday to Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Afternoon/Evening Shift)

Responsibilities
Unload, sort, and organize inbound freight shipments in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
Perform repetitive heavy lifting of packages up to 50 lbs (25 kgs); follow safe lifting practices and use team lifting techniques for oversized items
Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when labeling, scanning, and processing shipments to meet quality standards
Stand and walk on concrete warehouse flooring for extended periods; maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift
Use voice-directed picking systems (Vocollect headsets) to increase picking speed and inventory accuracy
Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and comply with all standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Flexible and available to work across all shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required by operational needs
