Responsibilities
The Agile Business Analyst (Change Management) will support the successful adoption of new or enhanced digital services by assessing change impacts, identifying risks, and supporting mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
1. Assesses organizational, process, and technology impacts resulting from new or changed digital services.
2. Analyzes current state and future state operating models to identify change impacts, readiness gaps and transition activities.
3. Leads the development, execution, and continuous refinement of change management and transition plans.
4. Establishes repeatable processes for release engagement to reduce review efforts and streamline delivery.
5. Identifies interested parties and supports interested party engagement activities.
