Responsibilities
The Agile Business Analyst (Business Requirements) will be embedded within an agile delivery team and will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, validating, and managing business requirements for complex digital products and services.
Qualifications
1. Leads business requirements elicitation activities using techniques such as workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
2. Translates business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria suitable for agile delivery.
3. Supports product owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness for sprint planning.
4. Analyzes current state and future state business processes and identifies gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
5. Ensures requirements are aligned with business objectives, user needs, and operational constraints.
6. Collaborates with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout development and testing.
