•Lead Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to plan and execute initiatives
•Guide and coach cross-functional squads to improve performance and Agile maturity

•Ensure a strong focus on customer value by aligning work with business and user needs
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
•Act as the main point of contact between the squad and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
•Track and analyze delivery metrics to identify improvements and optimize outcomes
•Support conflict resolution and foster a positive, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
•Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master in complex, customer-focused environments
•Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
•Excellent coaching, facilitation, and servant leadership skills
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced settings
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
•Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Assets:
•Scrum Master or Project Management certifications (e.g., PSM, PMP, DASM, DASSM)
•Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Planview
•Familiarity with insurance, Human Resources, or Finance domains
