The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience managing Agile IT projects, is highly effective in stakeholder communication and status reporting, and is comfortable supporting contract management, driving change control, and conducting post project reviews to capture lessons learned. Experience with Azure DevOps and planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Planview or AgilePlace is essential, while exposure to the financial or insurance sector, bilingualism in English and French, and certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, CSM, or DASSM are considered strong assets.

Responsibilities
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Product Owner, Family Product Owner, and stakeholders.
•Plan, schedule and track project timelines, deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
•Effectively communicate delivery expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
•Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
•Support contract management activities such as development of scope content and contract documentation
•Oversee the adherence to contract outcomes
•Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team including 3rd party vendors.
•Proactively manage changes in project delivery, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications
Top Skills Required:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Agile Project Manager in the field of IT
•Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile principles, DevOps and the Scrum and Kanban Frameworks
•Knowledge of Azure DevOps and planning applications such as Microsoft Project and Planview/AgilePlace
Other Skills Required:
•Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
•Demonstrated experience at managing risks
