Responsibilities
•Lead Agile delivery for a DevSecOps team using Scrum and Kanban, including all ceremonies and quarterly planning
•Partner with the Product Owner to manage the roadmap, backlog, and delivery against OKRs
•Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, capacity, and budgets to ensure predictable outcomes
•Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and related tools
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and vendors
•Support financial tracking and vendor management
•Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile and DevSecOps best practices
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or IT Project Manager
•Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices
•Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Planview
•Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelines
•Experience working in Microsoft-centric environments
•Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
•Agile or project certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP (preferred)
