We’re looking for a detail-oriented Air Agent to join our dynamic and growing travel team. In this full-time, remote role, you'll be a key point of contact for all things air travel — managing complex itineraries, schedule changes, and loyalty point redemptions with professionalism and efficiency.
What We Offer
Salary: $22/hour + access to a recognition and rewards program (monetary & non-monetary)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating monthly shifts
Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 6 PM PST (rotating shifts)
Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
Location: 100% remote (anywhere in Canada)
Employment Type: Full-time contract, with the possibility of permanency after probation
Training:
2 weeks paid training (must be completed and passed before handling live cases)
Ongoing educational refreshers and GDS updates

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Build and present optimized air itineraries using preferred airline partners, tailored to client and traveler needs
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand travel requirements and offer thoughtful, solution-focused guidance
Process airline ticket requests, including issuing, reissuing, and handling required documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and manage GDS queues, ensuring timely handling of schedule changes, disruptions, and operational updates
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline contracts and fare rules to ensure best-value options are applied
Issue confirmations and invoices, ensuring all documentation aligns with internal and client standards
Prioritize work based on booking cycles, seasonality, and sales urgency while maintaining SLAs for service delivery and response times
Participate in all required training and compliance sessions, including data security, privacy, and occupational health and safety
Follow internal policies and procedures, contributing to a secure, professional, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
What You Bring
3+ years of travel industry experience (airline, retail, or TMC)
Advanced Amadeus proficiency (must include ticketing and reissuing)
Experience with ARC/BSP documentation (is a benefit)
TICO certification required (OPC if Quebec-based)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong multitasking and communication skills (French an asset, not required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
Wired internet connection (WiFi not recommended)
