Role: Air Agent (Remote Travel Support Specialist)
Training: 2 weeks of comprehensive, paid professional integration + Ongoing educational refreshers and GDS updates
Location: 100% Remote (Available to talent across Canada).
Schedule: 40 hours/week. Rotating shifts Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM PST. (Occasional Saturdays).
Salary: $22.00 per hour + Monetary & Non-monetary Rewards Program.
Employment Type: Full-time contract, with the possibility of permanency after probation

Utilize preferred airline suppliers to build and present optimized air itineraries that balance cost, efficiency, and traveler needs.
Masterfully navigate Amadeus queues to monitor ticket requirements, process exchanges, and handle full or partial refunds with surgical precision.
Proactively manage schedule changes to ensure zero disruption to the traveler. You are the one who fixes the problem before the traveler even knows it exists.
Execute all ARC/BSP documentation and maintain rigorous up-to-date knowledge of airline contracts to ensure the best utilization of preferred supplier agreements.
Collaborate with internal partners to explain travel restrictions, rules, and safety tips, ensuring every stakeholder is informed and prepared.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in the travel industry (Airline, Retail, or TMC).
Extensive knowledge of Amadeus GDS (Ticketing and Reissuing is a must).
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.
TICO certification is required (OPC certification is mandatory for Quebec-based candidates).
An independent, fast learner who can maintain high accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
A dedicated home office with a reliable wired internet connection.
