Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, as required installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and related to alarm detection systems, door/access control systems, public address/intercom systems, CCTV systems and control and display systems.
Maintenance service for alarm systems, 24/7 during on-call rotation.
Participate in on call emergency hours as needed and take part in the normal on-call rotation for emergency after-hours service.
Inspect the installation of equipment to meet customer specifications.
Provide customer with informative summary of work to be done or recommendations for alarm system following inspection.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics and operational/product manuals.
Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
Continue to take courses to upgrade knowledge of products as required.
Performs other related duties as directed.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years in the installation of alarm security (commercial and residential)
High school diploma
Excellent communication skills. Above average problem-solving skills
Above average computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Clean Criminal Record Check. Valid drivers license with clean abstract
