- Precisely cut tank components to specifications and ensure accurate fitting prior to welding.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards while executing your duties as an Aluminum TIG Welder.
- Utilize and accurately read both imperial and metric tape measures, including performing necessary conversions for precise assembly.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated TIG welding experience on aluminum is required; candidates with 3-5 years of experience are highly preferred.
- Post-secondary education in a welding or metal fabrication program is considered a significant asset.
- Proven capability to proficiently operate essential fabrication equipment, specifically rolls and shears, for preparing materials.
- Solid understanding of welding math and calculations to ensure precision in material preparation and assembly dimensions.
- Competency in accurately reading and interpreting engineering drawings to execute repetitious product builds.
