Responsibilities
As the Analytics Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and maintaining high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively translate data into insights for decision-making.
- Implementing and applying performance optimization techniques to ensure existing and new reports are scalable and highly usable.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Working with the Data Management team and other stakeholders to ensure the analytics team has reliable access to required data, particularly during the migration to Microsoft Fabric and a new RMS environment.
- Developing documentation, training materials, and best practices for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of reporting tools.
- Contributing to the overall design and development of the modernized reporting framework, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Power BI for designing, building, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience in migrating analytics platforms or dashboards, ideally involving the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem or similar cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical reporting specifications.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques within reporting tools and data models.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and experience troubleshooting reporting issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences (peers, executives).
