Responsibilities
As a key contributor to the finance team, you will be responsible for the full-cycle processing of vendor invoices and payments, playing a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity. Your day-to-day will involve:
•Orchestrating the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including receipt, verification against purchase orders for pricing and quantity, and confirming the delivery of goods or services.
•Accurately inputting invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring seamless financial record-keeping.
•Proactively managing the AP email inbox, providing prompt and professional responses to vendor inquiries, and verifying banking details for secure transactions.
•Preparing and processing payments efficiently through online banking platforms.
•Maintaining comprehensive payable records and general ledger entries, and assisting with the generation and distribution of crucial monthly financial reports.
•Upholding company financial policies and procedures, and collaborating effectively with the Project Team on all vendor invoice and payment-related matters.
•Providing additional administrative assistance and performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the finance department.
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles. You should possess:
•Atleast 1 year in a high volume Accounts Payable position, processing full cycle payables.
•Experience with SAP B1 an asset.
•A commitment to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
•The capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently without compromising quality.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster strong internal and external relationships.
