AP/AR Clerk - Acumatica Exp Needed

Location: Burlington, ON (On-site)
Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Job Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities
• Process a high volume of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions specifically within the Acumatica platform.
• Assist in clearing historical backlogs to ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team in preparation for the upcoming June 30, 2026, fiscal year-end.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an AP, AR, or Bookkeeping role.
• Proven, hands-on experience using Acumatica ERP in a professional environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Burlington and commit to a 3-month contract duration.
