Responsibilities
• Lead the transition from manual support tracking to a unified ITSM framework to standardize incident and request workflows.
• Coordinate communication and resolution efforts for major system outages to minimize impact on court operations.
• Facilitate the change management process to ensure system updates are deployed without risking judicial continuity.
• Gather and document complex requirements from Justices and court staff to ensure technical solutions meet courtroom needs.
• Monitor vendor performance and internal product teams to ensure all services meet established quality standards.
• Maintain a central knowledge hub containing user guides and technical documentation to support various teams.
• Oversee user access audits and the functional migration of applications between on-premises and cloud environments.
Qualifications
• A university degree in IT with 3 years of experience, a 2 year diploma with 5 years of experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent ticket management system for incident and change management.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery environment supporting application development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience planning and monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment such as government, legal, or finance.
