Responsibilities
- Assess current front-end architecture of legacy internal systems.
- Leverage the Safety Analysis application as a design foundation for others.
- Create a modernization plan to transition interfaces to ReactJS + Fluent UI.
- Architect and guide a consistent “look and feel” across core applications.
- Lead the development of a reusable in-house ReactJS component library.
- Design and implement a feature-based migration strategy to modern web tech.
- Provide hands-on knowledge transfer to internal development teams, including setup, environment configuration, and component usage.
Technologies you'll work with:
- Frontend: ReactJS, Fluent UI, REST APIs
- Backend: .NET 8, Entity Framework Core
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, SQL, Managed Instances)
- DevOps: Azure DevOps (Pipelines & Git)
- BI & Integration: Power BI, Power Platform, Azure SQL
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Reliability-level security clearance.
- Must be eligible to work remotely from Canada.
- Proven experience modernizing front-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
- Deep knowledge of ReactJS and Fluent UI, including reusable design systems.
- Strong background working in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience integrating with SQL databases, Power Platform, and DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to mentor and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
