Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a fast-paced Agile framework.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java enterprise applications and microservices at scale.
Drive continuous delivery strategies, automated testing, and causal analysis to continuously improve solution performance.
Mentor team members, foster a performance-oriented culture, and guide shared service strategies across teams.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and operational issues across relational databases and distributed systems.
Collaborate effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Core Tech Stack: Expert-level experience with Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Transaction Management), and Hibernate/JPA.
Containerization & Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and microservice integration patterns.
Database & Data Protocols: Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle DB, relational database design, XML, and JSON.
Testing & Quality: Proven track record in Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit, Cucumber, or Litmus.
DevOps & Tooling: Experience operating in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment using Git, Eclipse/JBoss/WebLogic.
Domain & Leadership Experience: Prior background in financial domain applications with strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
