Responsibilities
Configure and/or customize the Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud).
Develop, maintain, and manage CI/CD scripts and processes within a Salesforce pipeline in Azure DevOps.
Manage and support release processes and environments, including sandboxes.
Act as a Level 3 escalation point for production support, working with support teams to resolve complex cases.
Perform health checks, run optimizer reports, and use Salesforce tooling to maintain and optimize the platform setup.
Review and analyze business processes to recommend effective User Experience (UX) measurement strategies.
Collaborate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
Create and manage data access to ensure data integrity, utilizing connectors like AppFlow.
Resolve data-related blocking issues in all environments.
Document pre-deployment and post-deployment data setup steps.
Qualifications
Active TOGAF Certification is required.
10-15+ years of experience.
Ability to work remotely.
