Responsibilities
🔩 Weld beams, towers & heavy steel (up to 3/4")
🔥 MCAW hot spray transfer + FCAW flat welds
🧰 Tack, fit, jig work + flange/piping assembly
⚡ Safety-first + reliable, eager-to-learn attitude

Qualifications
📘 Apprentice bluebook or Journeyman ticket
💡 MCAW/FCAW experience required, MIG a plus
🔧 Heavy fab or trailer/tank/pipe exp = bonus
✅ Must pass weld test + commute to Thorsby
