Responsibilities
Full-Cycle AR: Oversee invoicing, credit control, payment application, and collections to ensure accurate and timely cash flow.
Billing & Invoicing: Generate customer invoices accurately, verify pricing and terms, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to quickly resolve discrepancies.
Collections & Credit Assessment: Implement proactive collection strategies, manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and assess customer creditworthiness in consultation with executive leadership.
Reconciliations & Reporting: Conduct regular customer account reconciliations, resolve variances between general and sub-ledgers, and prepare aging analysis reports for month-end/year-end closing.
Qualifications
Experience: Atleast 2 years of direct, full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience, ideally in a manfacturing or distribution environment.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, alongside advanced Excel capabilities.
Core Competencies: Deep understanding of AR principles, credit control, and GL reconciliations.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and resolve disputes diplomatically.
