Qualifications include:

Architectural Degree/Diploma from a recognized college/university

10 years of relevant experience.

Strong in-depth working knowledge of Revit

Good understanding of worksharing interface required

Familiarity with provincial building codes nationwide

Must be a self-starter, with ability to work in a team setting

Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines for multiple projects
Excellent communication, problem solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Graphic skills and proficiency with Enscape Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an asset

Advanced knowledge of BIM Software (Revit) and AutoCAD. Utilize BIM software to create 3D models and coordinate with project teams.

Preparation and issuance of all deliverables (Permit, Bid, Construction, etc.).

Assist inhouse project teams in complete Revit project setup.
