Responsibilities

• Design creatively within existing brand guidelines, pushing them into new, fresh areas while ensuring brand consistency.

• Present and articulate your design work to all project stakeholders persuasively and engagingly.
• Champion a data-informed, customer-focused culture within the team.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative field.
• Post-secondary education in Design, Communications, the Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• A demonstrable portfolio that showcases conceptual strength, meticulous attention to detail, and a balance of aesthetic beauty and clear visual communication.
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Ability to innovate within existing brand guidelines to create high-quality assets for presentations, audiovisual content, print materials, and digital needs.
• A positive, resilient personality, comfortable embracing feedback for continuous iteration and improvement.
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to balance high-quality design with short and demanding deadlines.
• Ability to balance excellent copywriting with short and sometimes demanding deadlines.
• Experience writing for the financial services industry is preferred
