This is a 6-month contract (with potential for extension) starting in mid-to-late February. While the role offers remote flexibility, local presence is required for on-site production and shoots as needed.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of integrated creative campaigns, from concepting and presentation to final production.
Provide masterful on-set direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring the visual style aligns with brand standards.
Develop strategically sound creative solutions based on briefs, ensuring all work ladders up to the overarching brand strategy.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and internal stakeholders to produce cohesive omni-channel initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of art direction, including talent sourcing, production oversight, and presenting concepts to senior leadership.
Stay ahead of industry trends—specifically in digital, social, and lifestyle—to consistently push the brand forward.
Qualifications
Extensive professional experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction within an integrated agency or lifestyle brand environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in fashion, home decor, or retail lifestyle categories.
Proven track record of directing photography and video teams on set, with a deep understanding of composition and lighting.
High proficiency in digital-first concepting; experience with motion graphics is considered a strong asset.
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) within a Mac environment.
Excellent communication and pitching skills, with the ability to articulate a confident creative POV to stakeholders.
Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
