The Role:
As our new Asphalt Operator, you'll be the person behind the machine, expertly operating pavers, rollers, and skid steers to create smooth, durable asphalt surfaces. Your attention to detail will be key as you work alongside a great team to complete diverse projects.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do Every Day:
-Operate and maintain a fleet of modern paving equipment.
-Work collaboratively with your crew to ensure project success.
-Perform equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues.
-Uphold the highest safety standards at all times.
-Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment.
-A solid understanding of the paving process.
-A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
-The ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
-Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors).
