- Site Safety: Champion a "safety-first" culture by adhering to all protocols and maintaining a secure workspace.
Qualifications
- Track Record: 6+ months of assembly or production experience in a professional manufacturing setting.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: Strong punctuality, a team-first mindset, and an eye for the smallest details.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate complex assembly sequences with high accuracy.
