Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble, sort, and pack components accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous visual and manual inspections to ensure every product meets "gold standard" specifications.
- Process Efficiency: Maintain steady production flow and collaborate with team members to hit daily output goals.
- Workplace Safety: Actively contribute to a "zero-incident" environment by following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of proven experience in an assembly, warehouse, or production environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and a "team-first" attitude.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort working with tools and following multi-step assembly sequences.
