Technical Assembly: Following blueprints and diagrams to build, sort, and package essential components.
Precision QA: Performing manual and visual inspections to maintain "Gold Standard" quality control.
Workflow Optimization: Partnering with your team to crush production targets and keep the line moving.
Safety Leadership: Maintaining a "zero-incident" workspace by adhering to all PPE and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Background: 6+ months of recent success in an assembly, factory, or warehouse environment.
Capability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and safely handling lifts up to 50 lbs.
Mindset: A "team-first" attitude with a rock-solid history of reliable attendance.
Manual Dexterity: Skilled with hand tools and able to follow complex, multi-step assembly sequences.
