Responsibilities
- Precision Manufacturing: Use hand and power tools to efficiently assemble high-quality mechanical components and finished products.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret basic blueprints, production layouts, and schematics for precise product builds.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect final products for defects, troubleshoot minor assembly issues, and uphold high manufacturing standards.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all plant safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Background: 1+ years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar fast-paced production setting.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift, performing repetitive lifting, and working in a dynamic environment.
