Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Safely utilize hand tools, pneumatic gear, and power equipment to construct precision components and finished goods.
- Blueprint Reading: Review basic schematics, work orders, and assembly diagrams to build products to exact specs.
- Quality & Inspection: Perform routine quality checks, catch minor production flaws, and ensure every finished product meets high standards.
- Safe Work Environment: Keep your assembly station clean and adhere to all facility safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years working in manufacturing, industrial assembly, warehousing, or production environments.
- Dependability: Strong punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a history of reliable attendance.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand throughout your shift, handle repetitive motion, and perform regular light-to-moderate lifting.
- Work Ethic: A team-first attitude with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
