Responsibilities
- Mechanical Assembly: Use pneumatic equipment, hand tools, and power drivers to construct high-quality industrial units to exact specifications.
- Schematic Interpretation: Read and follow basic technical schematics, production blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual line inspections to identify hardware defects, fitment issues, or missing components prior to rollout.
- Safety Compliance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all workplace health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Background: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or warehouse production.
- Technical Skills: Confident using air/power tools and comfortable following step-by-step assembly diagrams.
- Physical Readiness: Able to stand throughout an 8-hour shift and regularly lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work Ethic: Strong track record of punctuality, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices.
