Responsibilities
- Assembly & Fabrication: Utilize hand and power tools to assemble high-quality components and sub-assemblies.
- Blueprints & Guides: Follow technical schematics, production layouts, and instructions for accurate builds.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect materials for defects, perform minor troubleshooting, and maintain rigorous product standards.
- Workplace Safety: Keep a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety procedures to protect yourself and your teammates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in an assembly, warehouse, or factory environment (or demonstrated mechanical aptitude).
- Reliability: Proven record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing throughout your shift, handling lifting tasks, and keeping pace in an active environment.
- Teamwork: Safety-first mindset with a collaborative, positive attitude.
