Title: Assembler
Position: Permanent
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Rate: $22 - $23/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Plan & Assemble: Read blueprints and work orders to build motors, gearboxes, and speed inverters.
• Fit Components: Press gears, shafts, bearings, and internal parts into heavy-duty housings.
• Inspect Parts: Check incoming and outgoing components for damage, wear, or defects.
• Use Tools Safely: Operate hand/power tools, hoists, hydraulic presses, air guns, and grease guns.
• Ensure Quality: Verify that finished builds meet strict job specifications and client standards.
• Maintain Shop Safety: Keep your workstation clean, clear debris, wipe spills, and organize tools.
• Team Up: Assist on other production lines and participate in cross-training as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years in mechanical assembly, warehouse work, or industrial repair.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/schematics, troubleshoot failures, and operate power tools, hoists, and shop machinery.
• Physical & Mechanical Ability: Strong manual dexterity for assembling small parts, good physical stamina, and keen senses to catch mechanical defects during testing.
• Workplace Standards: Solid commitment to shop safety (PPE), hitting daily production deadlines, and clear team communication.
