- Component Assembly: Utilize hand and power tools to efficiently build high-quality components and finished products.
- Read Schematics: Review and interpret basic production layouts, blueprints, and assembly guides to ensure precise builds.
- Quality Assurance: Visually inspect finished goods for defects, troubleshoot minor errors, and uphold elite manufacturing standards.
- Workplace Safety: Actively maintain a clean, organized workstation and strictly adhere to all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- Background: 1+ years of experience working in an assembly, warehouse, or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift, lifting components, and working in a dynamic physical role.
