- Target Achievement: Collaborating with your team to hit daily production milestones in a fast-paced setting.
- Safety Leadership: Maintaining a clean workspace and strictly following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experienced: You have at least 1 year of assembly or production experience in a warehouse or manufacturing plant.
- Physically Capable: Comfortable standing for full shifts and able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Reliable: A track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.
- Detail-Focused: Ability to interpret complex instructions and identify minor defects before they leave the line.
