As an Assembler, your daily mission involves transforming raw components into high-quality finished products. This role is central to the production line, ensuring that every piece meets rigorous standards before it reaches the customer. Working as an Assembler requires a blend of technical following and hands-on skill. You will be part of the vibrant "Tectoria" tech community, contributing to the growth of local innovation.
2 schedules possible:
Monday to Friday : 6.15am-2.15pm
or
Monday to Friday: 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities
Responsabilities for the Assembler for the Victoria Factory:
• Perform manual assembly of small components using precision tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering irons.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, digital schematics, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
• Conduct thorough visual quality control inspections to identify any defects or inconsistencies prior to shipping.
• Record production progress and maintain accurate logs within the internal computer data entry system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas and maintain workflow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
skills required for the assembler:
• Exceptional manual dexterity and a steady hand for manipulating small, intricate parts and components.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that measurements and alignments are precise to the millimeter.
• Technical literacy, with the ability to understand 2D/3D drawings and follow step-by-step digital instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency for navigating production software and performing data entry tasks.
• Problem-solving skills to identify minor assembly issues and rectify them during the quality check phase.
