What You Need to Know
• Location: Burnaby, BC
• Pay: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities
• Process products in strict accordance with documented Work Instructions, and Process Instructions.
• Maintain required compliance standards at all times, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform assembly tasks safely to ensure the health and safety of fellow employees and facility visitors are never compromised.
• Meet or exceed established quality control, and production targets within your assigned manufacturing & logistics cell.
• Take active ownership for resolving routine assembly and cell-level technical issues whenever possible.
• Escalate unresolved mechanical, process, or safety issues promptly to lead supervisors or specialized maintenance personnel.
• Ensure routine maintenance activities for production equipment and tools are completed as scheduled.
• Safely handle, align, and assemble small objects and intricate component parts with high attention to detail.
• Log daily production data, complete batch records, and update digital operational tracking systems accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work cells.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles is considered a significant advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital software interfaces and office equipment.
• Physical capability to perform Medium work: exerting up to 44 pounds of force frequently and constantly moving objects as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working meticulously with small objects and delicate parts.
• Legal eligibility to work full-time in Burnaby, BC, Canada for the full duration of the contract.
