Responsibilities
Precision Assembly: Use hand and power tools to build essential components accurately.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts for defects to maintain high quality standards.
Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Teamwork: Partner with production teams to consistently hit daily targets and deadlines.
Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and assist with minor adjustments during assembly.
Accurate Logging: Document completed tasks and track inventory via simple paper or digital logs.
Qualifications
At least 1+ years in assembly, production, or general labor.
Comfortable using hand/power tools and measuring instruments.
Able to read simple diagrams, checklists, and instructions.
Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and reliable attendance.
