Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Concord, ON (transit accessible)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Precision Assembly: Piece together components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures while following basic blueprints and work orders.
Machine Operation: Run basic production machinery and make simple adjustments to keep the assembly line moving efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and completed items for any defects or flaws, ensuring everything meets top-tier quality standards.
Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, organized workstation and strictly follow all workshop health and safety rules.
Inventory & Tracking: Assist with counting required assembly parts and accurately log your daily production numbers and completed units.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow team members and supervisors to hit daily manufacturing targets and deadlines.
Qualifications

Previous experience working in an assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Confident and safe operation of various hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow standard blueprints and assembly instructions.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and components.
Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
A reliable, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on workplace safety.
