The successful candidate should have a strong work ethic, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in assembly, production, or warehouse environments is considered an asset. Candidates must also be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a busy production setting.
Advantages
Competitive hourly wage: $18–$23/hr (based on experience)
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Day, afternoon, or night shifts may be available
Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to instructions and specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Package and label completed products
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
Working closely with supervisors and production leads to meet daily targets
Qualifications
Previous assembly or production experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to lift and move materials when required
Good communication and teamwork skills
CSA-approved safety shoes may be required
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
