Responsibilities
Uses strong verbs and cleans up the phrasing for better flow.
Full-Cycle Assembly: Building complex components from start to finish.
Precision Craftsmanship: Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure exact quality standards.
Material Handling: Working directly with aluminum and steel fabrication.
Team Synergy: Working independently at your dedicated station while contributing to the overall team success.
Qualifications
Polishes the phrasing while keeping the focus on key qualifications.
Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing or industrial assembly background.
Technical Skills: Confident using hand and power tools, with the ability to read measuring tapes and instruments accurately.
Fabrication Knowledge: Prior experience handling steel or aluminum materials.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable with continuous standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
