**The Impact You’ll Make**
As a Set-Up Assembly Associate, you are instrumental in the production process. You will ensure that materials needed for the assembly line are broken down in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the orders given to the assembly line.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Production Support:** Provide materials to the production line accurately and in a timely manner.
**Logistics & Prep:** Breakdown shipping frames and prepare them for return shipment to the manufacturer.
**Inventory Accuracy:** Tag tractors with correct sales orders and serial numbers.
**Equipment Operation:** Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
**Tool Usage:** Use industrial power tools and hand tools effectively.
**Process Improvement:** Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.
**Documentation:** Record and complete required paperwork timely and accurately.
**Safety First:** Maintain a safe and clean work environment while meeting production goals.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
**Experience:** 3+ years of hands on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (Heavy Industrial setting will be considered an asset).
**Technical Skills:** Minimum 3 years of experience with power tools is preferred.
**Physical Requirements:** Must be able to lift and work with 50lbs throughout the shift, must be able to lift and carry 50lbs occasionally
**Soft Skills:** Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize with excellent organizational skills.
**Reliability:** Regular and timely attendance is required.
