What You’ll Do
Assemble electrical and mechanical components with high precision using hand and power tools.
Perform quality checks against blueprints and specification sheets to ensure zero defects.
Package finished products and prepare them for final inspection and shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station while adhering to health and safety protocols.
What You Bring
Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or light industrial production (EV/automotive experience is a major asset!).
High attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs comfortably and stand for full shifts.
Reliable transportation to Milton, ON.

Precision Assembly: Build components accurately using hand and power tools.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts to ensure zero defects and high standards.

Team Collaboration: Partner with production teams to hit daily output targets.
Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and assist with minor assembly adjustments.
Task Logging: Track completed work and inventory using digital or paper logs.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years in assembly, production, or general labor.
Technical Skills: Proficient with hand/power tools, measuring instruments, and reading basic diagrams.
Work Ethic: Strong detail orientation, safety-first mindset, and reliable attendance.
