This Assembly Associate position requires excellent fine motor skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure the highest quality of production in the manufacturing and logistics field.
Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30 pm
$18/h.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Assembly associate:
• Perform light assembly of small plastic brackets using manual techniques.
• Secure components using bolts, washers, and wingnuts through hand-tightening only, ensuring no over-tightening or damage occurs.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and maintain a steady workflow.
• Lift and move products on skids.
• Perform visual quality checks on finished parts.
• Report any discrepancies or defects in the plastic components.
Qualifications
Skills and requirements :
• Exceptional fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Previous experience in an Assembly Associate
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step assembly instructions without deviation.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency over long periods.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and logistics flow and the importance of production deadlines.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with teammates and supervisors on the floor.
• Must possess and wear CSA-approved safety shoes
• Must have a car to reach the location at time.
