Responsibilities
- Mechanical & Line Assembly: Craft high-quality sheet metal frames, cabinet doors, hoods, and sink units utilizing precision hand and power tools.
- Rigorous Quality Testing: Conduct detailed gas leak-detection tests (using pressure gauges and bubble solutions), test electronic components, align doors, and inspect finished surfaces to ensure flawless standards.
- Pack-Out & Worksite Safety: Securely pack accessory kits, box and palletize completed units, and uphold top-tier safety and cleanliness standards while wearing required PPE (cut-resistant gloves and safety glasses).
Qualifications
- Hands-On Experience: 2+ years of proven mechanical assembly experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in operating pneumatic rivet guns, impact drivers, torque wrenches, and essential hand tools.
- Technical & Detail Skills: Strong ability to read basic blueprints and documentation, combined with a sharp eye for quality and safety.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortably able to stand for 8-hour shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
