Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, sorting, or packing of products and components according to instructions.
- Quality Control: Execute thorough quality checks and inspections (visual and measurement-based) on work in progress and finished goods to ensure adherence to high-quality specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of basic machinery or equipment as required. (training provided for specific equipment).
- Efficiency: Maintain high productivity levels to meet daily/weekly production goals in a collaborative, high-paced manufacturing setting.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent, hands-on assembly experience within a professional manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many manufacturing sites are not serviced by public transit.
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Demonstrated commitment to reliability, a positive team attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to follow complex instructions and maintain a focus on quality assurance.
