Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components and products according to specification.
Technical Documentation: Interpret and follow basic blueprints, schematics, and assembly guides to ensure precise construction.
Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of finished sub-assemblies and products to maintain rigorous quality standards before packaging.
Safety & Maintenance: Uphold safety protocols, report potential hazards promptly, and keep the designated workstation clean and organized.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, general labor, or construction.
Demonstrated Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive manual tasks, and comfortably lift production materials.
Professional Conduct: A collaborative attitude, eagerness to learn, and a steadfast commitment to quality standards.
