Responsibilities
Product Assembly: Utilize hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components and products accurately according to specifications.
Blueprints & Schematics: Read, interpret, and follow basic assembly blueprints, templates, and production schematics.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of finished parts to detect defects and ensure compliance with quality standards prior to packaging.
Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to plant safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, general labor, or construction.
Dependability: Strong track record of reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive manual tasks, and comfortably lift production materials.
Team Mindset: Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality standards.
