Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Safely utilize hand and power tools to assemble precision parts and build high-quality products.
- Blueprints & Guides: Interpret basic schematics, production layouts, and assembly instructions to meet exact build specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual checks on finished components, identify minor defects, and ensure strict manufacturing standards are met.
- Workstation Safety: Keep a clean, organized work area and strictly follow workplace health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
- Reliability: A solid track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual assembly tasks, and comfortably lift parts in a physical environment.
- Teamwork: A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a great attitude toward team goals.
