Responsibilities
• Lead and train a team of up to 30 sales representatives, ensuring their awareness and compliance with sales strategies and processes.
• Conduct and plan work schedules, aligning with sales representatives' specific duties and business needs.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct monthly documented check-ins with the team to provide feedback and coaching.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, and conduct shift huddles.
• Monitor flight data and pivot store operations accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, promoting corporate cultures and values.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and events, and oversee merchandise displays for store audits and advertising.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with the Store Manager to achieve monthly store targets and sustain overall profitability.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its products and services.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
