We are looking for a talented Assistant Machine Operator to join our team! The Assistant Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating equipment and machines to ensure that production quality and efficiency are being met. This position is in progression line to move into the Operator position.

- Salary: $22.93/hr with a post-qualification increase after training $23.62/hr
- Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00PM-7:15AM (48/36 rotation)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the Assistant Thermo Operator :
- Lead and enforce safety processes and procedures
- Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] processes and procedures
- Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned
- Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality products
- Inspect the product for quality and consistency
- Responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor, production manager, and or the plant manager.

- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery and operations is required
- SAP and MES experience is strongly preferred
- Capable of making quality determinations independently
- Strong skillset in troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials [up to 50lbs]
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work 12-hour shift and overtime as needed
